After Selection You will display the massage box like this

Firstly You Need Two document for withdrawn   payment .

2) NATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT NO. LIKE SBI ,HDFC , ICICI .

Type Your Whole Name First Type First Name . Ex. Vishal . Your Middle Name It's Optional Type or Not Depend On You. And Lastly Type Your Last Name Means Surname Ex. shinde.

Type Your Date Of Birth In Appropriate Format

Select Your Nationality And For Indian Type Your PAN Card No.Ex.

Click On Agree And Create Account Button Your Paypal Account Successfully Created .

Now Your Account Is Limited You Need To add Local Bank Account No. And Need To Verify Your Pan Card.Without These Two Things You Can't doing anything in Your Account .
